SecureTower Technologies uses exceptionally high quality hardwares from seasoned industry product manufacturers. Therefore product failures are very rare.
However, in the rare circumstance that you encounter problem and you suspect hardware issues, we are more than happy to replace them with immediate effect at no cost whatsoever to you. Please note that warranties are given only by product manufacturers.
